Debbie Bougor joined McCabe Financial in 2005 as Director of Client Relations for Michael G. McCabe, RFC. She works closely with Mike and uses her administrative and organizational skills to service and assist their clients.
Debbie has been in the financial service industry for over 30 years. She started with State Mutual of America in 1979 and then continued on with Allmerica Financial for 25 years. Debbie served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. In that role she oversaw the design and structure of office procedures to enhance company efficiency, while preserving the confidentiality and integrity of the office. Before that, she worked in a variety of positions, including Marketing Consultant, Compliance Administrator, and Licensing and Continuing Education Coordinator.
